CAROLINE HARRISON
“A voice of gold” is how Swansea’s Evening Post defines Singer-Songwriter Caroline Harrison.
Originally born in Kent, it could have been a very different musical story for Caroline but a family move to rural West Wales in 1997 went on to help shape what looks to be a very promising career in music.
Growing up listening to Motown, The Mamas & the Papas, Dusty Springfield and many more it is evident that this era has very much inspired her own sound.
Having one of her songs successfully placed in a Brazilian Soap Opera series led on to securing a Publishing deal with Peer Music Germany in November 2010 and since then she has travelled extensively gaining much credit as a Songwriter globally.
Over the past few months Caroline has continued to build on her ever increasing fan base playing a number of very successful sets on both London’s Acoustic circuit and across the UK. Her live performances are truly captivating.
More recently she has been writing and recording her debut album in Stockholm with award winning Swedish producer Peter Kvint.
With the album almost complete, 2012 looks to be a very exciting year for Caroline.
